Organic Monk Fruit Juice Concentrate - 1 fluid oz

Organic Monk Fruit juice concentrate, also referred to as Luo Han Guo Juice Concentrate, is a natural sweetener derived from the fruit of the Siraitia grosvenorii. It is extracted by hot water countercurrent extraction.

Organic Monk fruit juice is a natural sweetener that is roughly 15-20 times sweeter than cane sugar, yet it does not spike blood sugar.

DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY FILLERS (no erythritol, etc)

Suggested use: Start with 1-2 drops in drinks and/or dairy products. (I personally think that this tastes the best when mixed with dairy products). It is VERY potent, so please use sparingly. If you use too much or taste it on its own, it will taste quite bad (ask me how I know...oof). So if you first use it and hate the taste, try diluting the monk fruit juice concentrate with water so you can use it on an even smaller scale. Consider experimenting with diluting monk fruit juice concentrate with water, using ratios ranging from 1:2 up to 1:8.
